Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea are already busy in the transfer market, having completed the signing of Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo.

In addition to this, the Blues are understood to be interested in Aston Villa’s young striker Jon Dolan.

The Blues have now confirmed another deal has been completed, with HITC reporting a month ago that the west London club believed they had won competition for the winger for £60m.

Chelsea agree Estevo deal

A post on the Chelsea X account confirmed that the club had indeed reached an agreement with the South American club over the teenager’s transfer.

Chelsea released a statement on their website, which read: “Chelsea Football Club has agreed to sign teenage striker Estevo Willian from Palmeiras, with the Brazilian set to join Chelsea next summer.

“The 17-year-old has already established a strong reputation in South America as one of the most exciting talents due to his deft dribbling and lightning speed during his breakthrough season in senior football. Causes a lot of problems for the defense.

The young winger only made 10 appearances for the Palmeiras first team, contributing 2 goals and 2 assists during his time with the first team.

Estevo will join the Blues next summer

The Brazilian won’t be able to complete his move to Stamford Bridge until next summer as the Brexit ruling affects the entire Premier League.

We reported that the winger’s initial transfer fee was £47m, an increase of £9m on the player’s £38m release clause.

This means they could pay Estevao in instalments, with £13m made up of bonuses and add-ons, if he succeeds in England.

The entire package, including add-ons, is understood to cost around £60 million. Only Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain), Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid) and Matthijs de Ligt (Juventus) have made more transfers before their 20th birthday.
