Exciting talent tells Real Madrid he will leave this summer – Camydz Football

Camydz Football – Real Madrid are set for a busy summer, especially when it comes to departures. Toni Kroos has already left ahead of his retirement after Euro 2024, while Nacho Fernandez, Rafael Marin and Alvaro Rodriguez are also set to leave in the coming weeks. Another player who is certain to leave is Paulo Iago.

Up until a few months ago, Iago was considered one of La Fabrica’s biggest talents. However, he has struggled to make a name for himself in 2024 and as a result, he has asked Real Madrid to leave, according to Diario AS. Given that his contract expires next summer, Los Blancos will certainly honour his request, so as not to lose him for free.

Iago cannot join a Premier League team due to changes in regulations following Brexit, while he is unlikely to stay in Spain. The 17-year-old is therefore likely to join a team in Germany or Italy.

Real Madrid will look to include a 50% buy-back and/or sell-on option as part of any deal, as they usually do when selling young players. Club officials have resigned themselves to losing Iago, who is entering his final weeks as a Los Blancos youth player.
