Premier League clubs approach Aston Villa for 20-year-old midfielder

After an incredible season under Unai Emery and qualifying for the Champions League for the first time since the early 1980s, Villa fans will be very excited to see club football return in August .

Like most Premier League clubs, Aston Villa are expected to have a busy summer transfer window as they look to add depth to their squad to be able to cope with a tighter schedule next season.

But before they bring in any new faces, they appear to be prioritizing departures, with the likes of Douglas Luiz set to leave the club for Juventus.

Another player who could leave is young midfielder Bogarde, with Nottingham Forest seeking the 20-year-old from the club, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The youngster joined the club from Dutch side Feyenoord in 2020 and has since been loaned out to Bristol Rovers.

The versatile midfielder, who is also capable of playing as a centre-back, is out of contract in one year.
